Active participation of the organization in promoting safe motherhood, reproductive health, prevention of HIV and AIDS and tuberculosis, promoting gender equality and preventing domestic violence has helped achieve significant successes in these areas.

Gulshara Abdykalikova also emphasized that UNFPA is a reliable partner of the National Commission for Women, Family and Demographic Policy under President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with which it has successfully conducted a number of projects and surveys.
