The International Consultant will be responsible for the process of country programme evaluation and submission of all the deliverables.

Important note:
In addition to having the appropriate combination of experience and skills, the consultants must be free of any conflict of interest (actual or perceived) that could render them ineligible to participate in the UNFPA Country Program Evaluation. This means that those who cannot be recruited are: (i) any person who has participated in the design or implementation of the country programme under evaluation (actual conflict of interest); (ii) ex-UNFPA staff from the CO (real or perceived conflict of interest); (iii) current government employees (perceived or actual conflict of interest). On the other hand, consultants who have participated in monitoring and/or evaluation work related to the country programme can be considered.
